• What is the brand an model of your system?
• Does the system come with a pre-installed operating system? Which operating systems does your system have?
• Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility
• Steps to save the report:
1- Run the utility.
2- Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.
3- Once the scan is complete click on “next”.
4- Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.
5- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.
NOTE: We only provide support in English and we are using a translation tool for your post.

不用了,谢谢!我目前安装了最新的WIN10 1809和最新的IRST驱动程序已经解决该问题,应该是驱动和WIN10系统版本不兼容的问题,由于现在WIN10版本过多,建议在驱动详情描述清楚所支持的WIN10版本!
