C600 using raid 0 windows 10 upgrade

I have 2 dell t7600’s running windows 7 with raid 0 scsi drives. Trying to upgrade to windows 10 without losing data. Install completes then on reboot startup fails and it reverts to win 7 again.

any ideas ?

Are you loading the Windows 10 RST drivers during the upgrade process?

Personally, I gave up on the Windows 7 to Windows 10 Upgrade process - even in cases without RAID being in use.
