Can I create RAID-1 volume with different interface technologies but the same capacity modules??

Hi, I'm speccing a new machine. It has only one M.2 slot available for an SSD. Can I use RST to create a RAID-1 volume between a 1TB module in that slot along with another 1TB module, either a SATA attached drive or a PCIE x4 slot SSD?
