OS: Win10 Home build1703
CPU: i3 4170T
SATA mode: AHCI
I have a HDD for OS installed. It is appeared in RST.
Also, I have a external HDD used USB 3.0 port. But, it is not appeared in RST.
Both disks are appeared in file manager and i can it. I just wonder why the external HDD is not shown in RST.
Is that RST not applied in USB-external HDD?
Anyone can answer me? thank you very much:)

Hello stanleygorgor,
Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.
In this case, the Intel® RST will detect the drives that are connected to the Intel SATA controller (any SATA port), since the USB uses a different controller, then the Intel® RST won't detect any USB drive.
I hope this information helps.
Please don't hesitate in contacting us back if you need further assistance.
Best Regards,
JC
