Cant start Ubuntu Server after install it on RAID0 (IRST)

Hello all, I can not start ubuntu server after being installed on a RAID0 of intel rapid storage technology, it does not boot from the disk with the new installation (Intelvol0 is not recognized as a bootable system). Any Idea? (Sorry if my english confuse, is not my native lenguaje)

Additional Information:

OS: Ubuntu Server XXXXX

MOBO: Supermicro X11SAE-M

HDD : 2 x 8Tb 5.4k RPM Archive HDD
