tupyakov, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool. So, we cannot understand the information shown in the picture.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
What is the model of the Servers?
Do you have a RAID configuration running on any of those Servers?
Was Intel® RST working fine before on those same machines?
When did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report from both Servers so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Hi. everything worked ok for a year. the problem manifested itself on 11/08/2021
we have created 2 raid 1 (for a system with 2 ssd) and raid 5 (for archive records with 3 hdd)
no changes were made on the server, it works in an isolated segment without access anywhere.
used by win 2016std.
now we move the server to the office for analysis. I can provide logs later

Hi tupyakov, Thank you very much for providing that information.
The thing is that in order for us to be able to further assist you, the information requested previously is very important. Based on that we can determine if we are the ones that will be able to help you, if we need to transfer the case to another department, if the solution can be provided by the manufacturer of the Server boards, and many other potential solutions for this scenario.
So, if it is not possible to provide the SSU report, that is no problem, but we need at least to know the manufacturer and model of the Server boards, the Intel® RST version, if it is Intel® RST Enterprise or not, so we can better assist you with this matter.
Regards,
Albert R.

Hi tupyakov, Thank you very much for letting us know those details.
In this case, in order to get further assistance on this matter, the next thing to do will be to get in contact directly with Supermicro support, even though you are using Intel® RST application, the support when working with this specific platform is provided by Supermicro itself:
