How to remove RST premium Raid (Bios based) without losing Data

I got my laptop and found out it has been raided by intel RST premium via Bios, The drives are individual and i dont understand what the raid even does. Anyway can I get rid of the raid and keep my data. I dont fancy having to reinstall windows and losing all my data

Thank you for the information.In this case, if the system was set to RAID by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); my recommendation is to contact the OEM for steps on BIOS to eliminate the raid on the system.
