ROG Rampage VI Extreme Encore
Intel® Core™ i9-10980XE
Windows 11 Pro 22H2
OS build 22621.1344
At first I installed it and it worked fine. But when restarting the computer The screen to update the system comes up and the Blue screen appears.
After I tried turning it off and on several times. still failed to update So I deleted the program. And it seems that the stuck update is gone. After that, I tried reinstalling the program.
https://prnt.sc/9-hF39mlXXqR as in the picture The installation of the program is complete but after restarting I can't find the program. I've tried reinstalling 3 times still can't find the program.
Could it be that the program was incompletely removed? How do I fix this problem?

Hello N3KO,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I am sory you are having issues with lntel ® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST), I will be glad to assist you.
In order to investigate further about this, please download the Intel® SSU https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
Open the application and select "Everything", click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". Please attach the file to your reply.
Best regards,
Steven G.

Hello N3KO,
Many thanks for your patience on this matter.
Since the driver downloaded from the Download Center is not working, our best recommendation is to contact the board manufacturer, as the recommendation is to install the driver provided by them.
You can download the Intel® Optane™ Memory and Storage Management from the Microsoft Store (https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/intel%C2%AE-optane%E2%84%A2-memory-and-storage-management/9MZNG5HZWZ1T?hl=en-us&gl=us&activetab=pivot%3Aoverviewtab).
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
