Hi,
I do not see any problem with the Intel® Rapid Storage, I can see a problem with the hard disk. The Intel® Rapid Storage is actually detecting a problem with one of your drives.
You have two options, reset disk to normal or check HDD integrity by running diagnostic tools from the drive maker or your computer manufacturer.
