I have a small Windows 10 machine with Intel Chipset SATAPCIe RST Premium Controller and it is giving a red blinking chassis light, but no errors in Event Logs, and the Intel Rapid Storage Technology app shows the array and drives as green

The RST Help System Report shows no errors.

The StorCli app says no controller installed.

How do I get into the actual logs to verify no errors?

I have never heard of any capability for RST to control a LED. You will have to contact the vendor for this machine and find out what this LED is actually an indicator for.
