Indexing and updating issues

Indexing and windows update are not working after cloned image on new ST1000HD installed. Not sure what RST driver download to choose for my computer but many have stated this may be the problem. Acer Veritron 490G Windows 7 64 bit. Currently 9.5.0.1037

In order to try to resolve the issue, please install Intel® RST version 11.7:
