Intel RST can't connect

I tried everything but RST can't connect. When i press 'open application' then it gives a small window that says:" trying to connect" but nothing ever changes. What should i do now.

- Is the Intel Rapid Storage Technology service running? (check in Computer Management | services)

- Which version are you using? I did have a problem that require me to install RST twice before it would work
