Intel RST iastorutil.exe

I am looking for the RST utility program (iastorutil.exe or iastoroui.exe) that  works for 8th or 9th Gen Core CPUs (RST driver ver. 17.7). Unfortunately this utility is no longer included in the RST software distribution.  I would like a reference to secure legacy repository where I could find these utilities or an earlier distribution that still has this utility included.

I've attached the closest one that I have (17.11, which I had marked as being for 8th and 9th gens) in my archive.

Much appreciated.  I'm trying to edit the RAID metadata in a couple of disks that got kicked out of an array after some BIOS changes to nudge them back into their array.  These disks are now showing up as non-RAID drives.  It's an MSI X299 HEDT board and I hear this is not an uncommon occurrence for this class of builds.
