Hello RJain29,
Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.
This issue may occur if your computer does not meet the system requirements for Intel® RST version 14.8.16.1063.
To gather more information about your system, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.
1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.
2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
3. Save the scan

Hello RJain29,
To address this issue, we recommend installing the Intel® RST driver provided by your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) first since this driver was customized for your system.
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver Version 14.5.2.1088, A01
Note: This link is being offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel of the content, products, or services offered there.
Make sure the RAID controller was enabled in BIOS prior to installing the operating system.
Please let us know if this driver version fixes the installation problem.
