Intel® Rapid Storage Technology "USER INTERFACE". How to install the User Interface?

Hi.  I am running a RAID 5 with 4x6TB and I have a I7 processor from the 3rd generation.  I cannot access to the Intel® RST "User Interface" through Windows 10.  I only can access to the Intel RST (not the user interface) when I turn on the PC, before the Bios shows up (version 11.0.0.1339 from 2011).  

How can I download and install the Intel RST "User Interface"? 

The RAID controller in W10 is the 15.44.0.1015 from 8/2/2018 installed by the OS and up to date according to Windows.  Under Intel Webpage (see link bellow), the "Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) User Interface and Driver" has the version 16.8.3.1003 (Latest) Date: 7/2/2020.  But I understand is not compatible with my system.

I repeat my question:   HOW CAN I INSTALL THE Intel RST User Interface????

It's a modern GUI application. You load it through the Microsoft App Store.
