Is there a solution to the Device_Buffer_Underrun error on Windows 10 Build 18941 caused by Intel RST

This error has been found in an earlier Windows Software release. Windows Repair deletes the Intel software.

Just to let you know, Windows* 10 version 18941, is a Windows* Insider version, the purpose of Windows* Insider Preview builds is to allow people to test new features and software that may be introduced in future releases. Also, Microsoft* expects to receive valuable feedback in order to make improvements.

 

When running a preview build, systems are prone to instability, which may cause Windows* to stop responding while running applications or performing a specific task. It may also have bugs and errors since these versions are not stable.

 

In this case, what we recommend is to get in contact directly with Microsoft* support and the Windows* Insider* Program for further assistance on this matter:

Dear Alberto R Thank you for the response. The issue has already been flagged with MS Insider and I wished to bring it to Intel’s attention as a precautionary measure. There has been issues with the Raid software in that whilst it repots a ‘clean bill of health’ I’ve had occasions when both disks were out of sync. Unfortunately there were no reported error logs. Dear Alberto, A quick update to advise that the latest MS W10 Insider Build – 18945 has addressed the storage driver compatibility bug that caused install failures with error code c1900101. No further technical details available. Regards, John
