Good afternoon. I am currently replacing a PC that runs one of our machines. The old system had a RAID 1 setup running Intel Matrix Manager. It appears as thought the chipsets on the motherboard would support Matrix Manager. The Matrix Storage Console software is installed on the computer. However, I do not believe there are any drivers or anything installed as it does not show up in the boot up sequence and I get "A plug-in did not provide a page for the selected device" and "A plug-in failed to load" errors when I open the management software in Windows. I also did not see anything in the BIOS. Is it possible to enable Matrix Manager in the absence of all this?

Hello btaylorh,
Good day.
You may check and follow the steps regarding Matrix Manager listed in the following links below:
- https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/chipsets/imsm/sb/imsm_reference1.pdf
- User Guides for Intel® Rapid Storage Technology, Intel® Matrix Storage Manager, Intel® Matrix Storage Console, and Intel® Application Accelerator
Please also ensure that RAID is enabled in the BIOS. Sometimes, the RAID option might be under a different menu or sub-menu, so it’s worth thoroughly checking the BIOS settings. Therefore, I highly recommend contacting your system manufacturer support or OEM.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
