My sata hard disk at controller 0 port 1 has status normal but it's usage is unknown

Status:Normal

Type SATA hard disk

Usage:Unknown

Size:1907729MB

 

Firmware 2be10001

sata transfer rate 6 gbps.

My laptop is dell inspiron 5567. i installed this sata drive using a caddy.

sometime when i switch on my laptop the 4 volumes of sata drive is displayed in explorer while sometime it doesn't.

When i used intel irst to find out details i noticed that the ssd drive's usage is normal while sata drive usage is unknown.

Please help me fix this problem

The status sage Unknown seems to be related to a format problem on the system, it is recommended to reach out to the system manufacturer for guidance on setting the correct format.

 

 This does not seem to have a relation to Intel® RST.
