Buenas tardes comunidad,

Thank you for posting in the community. I have a few points I'd like to clarify regarding your situation. First, could you let me know if you were previously using a SATA SSD, and if so, did you have RAID configured on it? Additionally, can you confirm whether your new drive is not being recognized by your system in the BIOS? Lastly, have you reached out to DELL for assistance, given that you've mentioned SATA 0 and SATA 1 are not being recognized?
Best regards,

Good morning,
Thank you very much for your timely response.
I was indeed previously using an M.2 NVME solid-state drive, which stopped working, so I replaced it, but that's when the whole problem started.
On the other hand, I can't tell you if it was using RAID or another format, since, as I mentioned, the drive was damaged, and I can no longer access its information.
As for your other question, that's correct. Even when I enter the BIOS, it doesn't recognize the drive in either SATA 0 or SATA 1.
And finally, I contacted DELL support, but they told me that since the computer is no longer under warranty, they can't help me because support only helps people located in the United States or Canada.
Thank you very much for your help. I hope you can help me solve my problem.
