i just updated my pc to windows 10 and my raid is not showing up. i have to install the rst ver. 12.9.4 (because its the only one that works) first. i can now access my RAID but the rst is giving me this error:
also the raid is not showing up on the right side. anyone knows how to fix this?

If you just installed Windows® 10 and using Intel® Rapid Storage version 12.9.4, this will not be compatible for your operating system.
The version compatible for Windows® 10 should be 14.8

If you are saying that 12.9.4 is the only version that works, I would think you have an incompatible chipset to run Windows® 10. Please provide your computer model number or Intel® chipset model.

thanks for the reply. did download that and the installer say "This platform is not supported." i have a Z77 MB and i7-3770K.

I have checked downloads for Z77 chipset but I do not see a compatible driver for Windows® 10 and your current chipset model. Please check with your motherboard maker for compatible drivers.
