If you just installed Windows® 10 and using Intel® Rapid Storage version 12.9.4, this will not be compatible for your operating system.

The version compatible for Windows® 10 should be 14.8

If you are saying that 12.9.4 is the only version that works, I would think you have an incompatible chipset to run Windows® 10. Please provide your computer model number or Intel® chipset model.

I have checked downloads for Z77 chipset but I do not see a compatible driver for Windows® 10 and your current chipset model. Please check with your motherboard maker for compatible drivers.
