RST Renamed my disk even after I removed it from RAID.

I have just rebuilt my home server, replacing some of the disks. I am now using one of the old disks that was in a RAID 1 in another PC (non-raid). Instead of the disk being called Samsung HD501LJ in device manager, the disk is called "Boot Raid". This was the name of the raid set on the server. All the strings in device manager have been changed. It's no biggy but is there a way of renaming the disk to its model number? It would be less confusing.
