At the UEFI go to Main Menu ... select classic view.
Then check if your motherboard it does have RAID mode enabled or not.

May we know if you have contacted Asrock on the same? As they might have different ways of configuring BIOS/UEFI.
As per the suggestions of Kiriakos-GR:
Go to Main Menu from UEFI - check if the motherboard have RAID mode enabled or not.
