Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST).

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  

1. Did the tool used work before? If so, when did the issue start?

2. What is the RAID configuration that you are using?

3. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the tool?

4. Are you using the drivers from Dell?
