My question thread has been closed, so I created a new thread.

I attached Windows Notification screen capture and ssu log file.

My purpose is just to raise RAID event notifications in my environment.
If it's not a bug in Optane, please tell me how I can get a RAID notification in my environment.

Have you tried using RST version 17.11? Please let me know if with that version the issue persists.

I tried 17.11.0.1000.

After building the RAID, I removed the Disk.
As a result, no Windows notifications occurred. (Same result as before)
How do I get Windows notifications in my Optane installation environment?

I also referred to Document "617171".
V1.3, which we referred to when developing the product, mentioned support for Whiskey Lake.
Ref: 617171_Intel_RST_OEM_SG_Rev1p3_Edit_hk.pdf (page:39)

However, there is no description of Whiskey Lake in v1.7 and v1.8 (Latest version).
Does this mean that the latest version of Optane does not support Whiskey Lake?

In this case, the feature is not present on version 17.1, it was introduced from 18.X and above. 

In case you require to see the RAID status you will need to open the RST console.

Is this the case for 17.11? Or if you used 18.X?

My purpose is not to check the status of the RAID.
I want to be notified when the RAID status changes.
