I have 4 nvme SSD drives in my asus mobo. I had a RAID 1 set using two of the nvme drives under IRST. The two other disks are stand alone and have data. Since I no longer wanted the RAID1 set, I split the disks by using the "Reset Disks To Non-RAID" option.
However, now the BIOS can't see either one of the split disks for booting. So I went back into the controller and accidentally created a new RAID 0 set with all 4 disks. Again I split the set with the "Reset Disks To Non-RAID" options. Now I lost the data on the stand alone disks too.
Looks like splitting the RAID 1 set and accidentally creating/splitting the RAID 0 set deleted the partition table on all the nvme SSD drives. How can I recover the partitions on all the drives? Is the "Reset Disks To Non-RAID" option the right one to safely split RAID 1 disks?

Hello hansumman,
Thank you for reaching out and for providing a detailed explanation of the situation. I understand how concerning it must be to lose access to your data after modifying the RAID configuration, especially when multiple NVMe drives are involved.
Based on your description, it appears that using the “Reset Disks to Non-RAID” option may have removed the RAID metadata from all associated drives, which can also affect the partition table and make the data temporarily inaccessible.
At this point, please avoid performing any further writes or formatting on the affected drives to prevent data from being overwritten. I’ll need to coordinate this internally to confirm the safest recovery options and verify whether there’s a recommended procedure to restore the partitions or data from Intel’s side.
Additionally, could you please provide the make and model of the NVMe drives? This information will help us better assess compatibility and determine the most appropriate next steps.
