Standalone installer for Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Storage Management Application?

Hi all, I'm trying to add the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Storage Management Application to Windows 11 image but can't find a standalone installer.

It only appears to be distributed via MS App Store which I can't use as part of my build process due to lack of Internet access during imaging process.

Anyone know where I can get this or if available?

I have the Intel Virtual RAID on CPU Driver but looking for that above application.

Additionally, since you are using a Dell system, we recommend checking with Dell Support, as they may provide specific installation methods or a customized offline installer tailored for systems such as the Dell Precision 5860.

What I'm looking for is just the "Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Storage Management Application". Am I able to get access to that?

As I mentioned earlier, that is only the driver.

I am looking for this application; Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Storage Management Application

You can download the app from the Microsoft App Store here:  https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pjzt9ds3rw3?hl=en-us&gl=US&ocid=pdpshare

The problem is, it is not an offline installer and instead, when you run the downloaded file:

Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU Storage Management Application Installer.exe

It then needs to reach back out to the App Store to download (see attached screen shots).

I am trying to find if Intel has this as a full installer to download without it having to go to App Store/connect to Internet to get the files. I am trying to add to my Windows imaging process and unable to connect to Internet during that process hence the ask for the offline installer. 

The answer maybe no, but that is what I am asking.
