>> have issues with hard disk drive (HDD) test under WINPE with Intel RST 12.8 driver. Suspect Intel RST driver may put SATA link or HDD into low power mode during HDD tests, so we need help on how to disable HIPM and DIPM via changing registries of WINPE image... suspect RST driver may issue HIPM to HDDs during HDD tests under WinPE and entering/exiting low power state during HDD tests under WINPE may impact test stability(e.g. timing issue).
