The Flash memory device 28F320C3 keeps outputting data that is incorrect. It shows 0x00800080, is this code for some certain state condition from the Flash device?

the RAM address it is accessing is 0x008000064 and in this instance it is supposed to hold a value of 0x19010000 but instead shows 0x00800080 ​and fails checksum.
