Hello rockzombie,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For us to further check this, please help provide the following details:

  1. Does your motherboard support Windows 8.1?
  2. What is the RAID volume that you want to create?
  3. Did you already tried creating the RAID volume?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
