Hi!
I need to repost this becouse it got stuck in my junk mail and i did not see the comments.
So here we go again.
I Run Windows 7 with Intel Matrix storage and a Raid on that.
and the motherboard has X79 chipset:
I need to be able to Optimize the SSD drives that are behind the Raid.
Where can i find a sutible version of Matrix storage that i can use, that has the ability to Optimize the SSD drives?
Answers from Intel:
Hello Nickake,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
For me to address your concern properly, please provide the information below:
1. What RAID are you using?
2. What is the current version of your RST driver?
3. Is this server system?
4. What is the make and model of the SSD drives?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I'm looking forward to your response.
Best regards,

2. I belive that it is 4.2.0.1136, i may have it wrong.
3. kind of, it is a powerful computer but it is standalone, with Raid harddrives.
4. Samsung SSD 850 Pro
And for the SSU file,
I cannot make one becouse the SSU software shuts down for some resaon.
I tried to make print screen of the most valuable stuff that might be needed:

Hello Nickake,
I understand that the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU) fails to launch. Kindly share your System Information instead by
- Click Start. Type msinfo32 in the Search box.
- Right-click msinfo32.exe in the search results, and then click Run as administrator.
- On the System Information window, kindly click on Start, then click on 'Export', add a filename (just use MSINFO, save it as .txt file. *Attach the file as you reply.
I will wait for your reply so I can further check on this issue.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
