i used to have an Intel graphic software in the Right-click Desktop Drop Menu But after the DCH Update it disappeared so do i need to install an extra thing to make it appear or did it become useless in the new update ?

Meeting the DCH requirements requires that configuration applications be installed separately. The Intel Graphics Control Panel is thus separately available and can be downloaded and installed from the Microsoft App Store.
