hi, i have one hdd in sata and one ssd in pci controller, i wanna raid0 them together. Is there a way to do that?

No, you cannot do that. The devices must be of like interface, either both SATA or both NVMe.
If the M.2 connector supports it, you could use a M.2 SATA SSD (instead of a M.2 NVMe SSD), along with a SATA HDD/SSD, to form an array.

i heard i can use ssd as a cache for the hdd. Can i do it with this setup?

No, I am afraid not. Intel removed this capability, called Intel Smart Response Technology (SRT), from its Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) subsystem when it introduced caching/acceleration via Intel Optane Module.
