I am sorry, but Intel is no longer supporting the Windows 7 OS with this adapter. There is no download available from Intel.
That said, I see multiple places (though some are of questionable repute) where the Windows 7 version of the driver is available. Just Google for 'RS2WC040 Windows 7 driver'.
