Hello,

This is a very vague question. It can be answered as a documentation in several number of pages.

There are so many things to talk on this.

Anyway, i will point out the basics:

- Different socket type, this means that each one will work their respective and compatible socket.

- In terms of features, check this link http://ark.intel.com/Compare.aspx?ids=36947,35605,33920, HERE

- Obviously most server CPU will have more processing power, more cache sue to the fact that the server need more of these things. It all depends what type system you have.

All the best,

Regards,

Aryan.
