Additional permissions to download Eagle Stream CScripts package

Slide deck ‘635042_Eagle_Stream_PDB_201_Rev0p95.pdf’ (also titled as ‘Eagle Stream Cscripts Training’), in which, slide #14 gave a pointer as in the following:

“Eagle Stream CScripts package can downloaded from Intel’s Resources and Design Center web site. The direct download link is as follows: https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/630113”

When clicking on the link, I got “Additional Permissions Needed. You do not have permission to access the content you selected. If you feel that you have reached this message in error, please contact account support.” (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/design/account/additional-permissions.html)

My user account is an Intel Premier account. Please provide additional permission for accessing Doc ID: 630113. Thank you
