All the installed memory is the same kind of model?

This is normally related to a non-compatible memory voltage, can you test updating the firmware by EFI and using the minimal system requirements, 1 memory and 1 processor for testing purposes?

After that, if having the same issue clear the SEL and clear the c/mos and let us know how it goes.
