BGA ball rework

Respected all,

I am in (desperate need) to figure out the thermic profile for this component, as it seems that some of the balls do not solder. I operate with the solder paste indium T4 SAC305 (lead free), and use nitrogen.

Would any of you gentlemen be able to assist me in this matter, and is there a preference for a particular stencil? or a datasheet?

If not, can someone point me to the right direction?

Same question for FH8068604676146 SRM 26

Thank you for kind replies,

Have a good day.
