I am trying to enable Jumbo frames on the switches in my MFSYS25 Intel Modular Server. Every time I reset the switches to enable Jumbo Frames (after saving the configuration) the switch comes back up with Jumbo Frames disabled. This has not worked on either switch. I have also pulled the switch module out of the chassis to allow it to reset. This also did not work. Any suggestions?

Which firmware version are you using? Do you have both switch modules installed?
As per Errata # 57 on the http://download.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/mfsys25/sb/mfsys25_mfsys35_mfsys25v2_spec_update_jul02.pdf Specification Update, you may need to try it multiple times. It did work for me, and I think the trick is to click "Save Changes" again on the Reset page.
