Chipset part number used in Echo Canyon CRB

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know the processor used in Echo Canyon Custom reference board

As per user guide the chipset belongs to The Intel® Xeon® processor D-1500 product family. Can I please know the part number so that I can request for IBIS-AMI model for signal integrity.
