Hello Henry,

We discovered that it is not the latest FW for RAID controller used.

Seems like using latest FW solved the problem and HS is always online now.

We need to test a little bit, to be sure about that.

Hello Henry,

It is S2600CW2 motherboard,

RS3DC040 RAID controller,

In-WIN chassis 24 drives

Drives used: Hitachi UltraStar 7K6000 and Intel SSD DC S4500 and DC S4600

All firmwares and BIOS are the latest.

Servers worked 2 weeks 24/7 and did some Windows updates and did restart. After that both give such error.

regards,

Sergei

Some additional information:

Chassis is:

IN WIN RS424-02M

And problem related to last drive which is a Hot Spare for RAID6.

I got one server to our test lab, so I can quickly provide additional information.

Right now no problems occur. But customer afraid that it will appear again.
