I need help and explanations ,what is the best processor to use for GAME server machine.Thank you and i wait for your answers and help

Below is a link where you can find a list of all (most) Intel server processors. Please not that not all the processors are the same type (socket), The most latest ones are the 5500 series processors namely know as the Nehalem Processor which are the equivalent to the i7 on the desktop side. If you want more information about any specific processor use the links found at the bottom of the page for the Processor spec finder.
