Hello Stepans,

 

 

A blinking amber light on the front panel is normally something non-critical error. Some of this information can be found on the https://www.intel.com/content/dam/support/us/en/documents/motherboards/server/s2600cp/sb/g26942005_s... Technical Product Specification, on page 109 (System Status LED).

 

The first question will be if you able to enter your Operating System.

 

Please open the cover and verify if any other amber light shows on the system board. Especially on page 107, for the LED on the back part of the system board. Also, any other sections of the board.

 

Also, could you please help me with some information on the BIOS main screen:
  • Platform ID:
  • BIOS Version:

 

If BIOS version is below https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26957/Intel-Server-Board-S2600CP-Firmware-Update-Package-f... 02.06.0006, please download and update the board to the latest version.
