Help Needed SS4200-E wont power on

Hi All

Help Needed, was copying a few hundred GB of data to the drive when it seems to have failed. with following

1. power plugged in

2. looking at motherboard there is a green LED lit

3. upon pressing power button nothing happens at all, no fans or LED start/light

called Intel and they say unit is in warantee however we can not find the origional Purchase invoice and they wont talk to us until we can send

it to them,

so help needed as it has quite a bit of data on

If it was a regular motherboard, I'd say pull the front panel cable, and try to power on by just closing the two jumpers.

I've no idea if that works on the SS4200, though.
