Hello Hope Anyone can help me here.

Am Trying To Install Windows Server 2012 RC On My Server Having 8GB Ram & Intel Xeon E5420 @ 2.50GHz

And Am Getting This Error

Error code: 0x0000005D Your Pc needs To Reboot

Execute Disable Bit Is Enabled Tried To Disable It, Same Error

Bios Version : S5000.86B.10.00.0084 Build 10/17/2007

Intel Server Board S5000VSA - E11003-200

i have contacted Microsoft forums and redirected me to here. told me to use the Deployment Assistant CD - And Update The Bios maybe it`ll work -

as i have read about the CPU its 64bit and am installing Windows Server 2012 RC which is 64bit not working.i have tried installing windows 10 32Bit it worked  hope anyone can help me with this issue please

The board you are looking support is end of interactive support (EOIS) reason why the only source of assistance is our website:

As an additional detail the board is not designed to support Windows 2012.
