Thank you for contacting Intel Servers Community.
For your information, Intel® Xeon® Gold 6426Y processor is bucketed under 4th Gen Sapphire Rapids and Intel® Xeon® Gold 6526Y Processor is 5th Gen Emerald Rapids.
Upon checking from Intel record, both Sapphire Rapids and Emerald Rapids has a single monolithic chip and is not a multi-chip module.
