How can I be 200% sure that my motherboard needs to be replaced.
I say this bacause I already checked voltage reading fro several connections and I see some voltage (I am not sure weather these reading are ok since I do not have the technical manual for the board) but at least I am getting some juice. However, my server won't start up.
Does anyone know how can I check for the mother board?
I already cahnged the Power supply and that did not help.
Thank you.

Check if your processor is in the http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/se7210tp1-e/sb/cs-008322.htm Supported processors list. Technical document can be found http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/se7210tp1-e/sb/cs-008319.htm here.
