Hi, I have problem with PC with this motherboard. It kinda strange shuts down few seconds after it's turned on. When I replace the CMOS battery it again shuts down but it takes more time. What could be the cause? Thank you.

Hello,
Here are our recommendations:
- Test the board out of the chassis over a non static surface with minimal configuration (processor, memory, monitor, keyboard) to avoid any grounding issues. You can connect a regular power ATX power supply and turn on the board by shorting pins 11 and 13 from the front panel connectors described on the Technical Product Specification page# 41:
http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/s5000psl/sb/CS-022619.htm Intel® Server Board S5000PSL Family — S5000PSL and S5000XSL Technical Product Specification
- Test the system without any memory installed looking for 3 beep codes for missing memory.

This is a server board. not a desktop board. You likely will get more traction with your questions if you post them in the Servers Support Community (/community/tech/servers https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/servers)...
