Hi @Azeem_Intel
I have not any hardware / software changes . The issue was found after installing the OS, and once inside the home directory, the storage was not able to be detected. In regards to the testing with different server, we do not have other unit available and we do not have another specific hard disk to test with the server. The thing is the server not able detect even one unit of hard disk, so I doubt the all the storage device is not working. Thanks

Hello Amirul2,
Thanks for the information.
Could you please share the drive details with us. Additionally, you could also check the drives compatibility with the system here: https://servertools.intel.com/sct/compatibility-tool/M50CYP
Please also try the following steps:
1) Check if the drive is properly attached to the port and ensure there is nothing between the backplane and drive connection.
2) Verify that proper cabling is attached from the backplane on the other end.
3) Check if the drive is detected within the BIOS
4) Ensure that the cables from the drives are seated properly on the backplane of the server.
5) If using raiser cards, make sure the cards and connectors are seated properly.
Regards,
Irwan_Intel
