Hello, i own two of these systems with Intel Server Board S2600WTT and im having serious issues booting them up
For cpu i use one Xeon E5-2609V4 in each and two sticks of Samsung M393A1G40EB1-CPB0Q reg. ecc 2133 ddr4 ram
basically the system starts with three beeps, fans spin at full and leds show an error (one green, three ambers) , black screen.
Could it be a compatibility issue with V4 cpu or even memory ? dont have much experience with Intel systems

Hello Davorin,
The 3 beeps during the system post indicate that there is a memory error, you can find more information https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000006001/server-products.html here.
As first troubleshooting step, we recommend using https://serverconfigurator.intel.com/exalt/RequestManager?ServletNumber=1&dynamicUser=Y&localinfo=0&RestrictionVal=SVG&APPLICATIONCODE=1 tested memory on your system.
You can also try to test your system with the minimal system configuration ( processor, server board, one memory stick) and check if the problem continues.
Also, try testing each memory slot at the time.
Best regards,
Sergio S.

i have tested several types of ram , tested or not to no avail
i believe the issue is BIOS support for v4 xeons, or the lack of it. Out of the box the systems have none (confirmed by the seller and intels own tech. documentation), hence the 64k memory error, I will find a working v3 and test it
