I am using the mainboard made in Taiwan. PCH is a C621 product.
Occasionally, CMOS initializes when the system boots.
It doesn't happen every time, but it happens very occasionally.
C621 includes CMOS, and the conditions under which CMOS is initialized are defective lithium batteries, removed, and weak. Of course, the CMOS initialization jumper is also installed normally.

If anyone knows about the possibility of RTCRST# signal from PCH other than lithium battery and jumper problems when booting the system, please reply.
